Rates and Information

Property Owner Golf Membership Dues (Family or Individual)          $130 per month

            *No initiation fee

Certificate Membership Dues (Non-residential)                                   $235 per month

            *5-year membership - $1,500 Initiation Fee

Preferred Membership Package:                                                              $1,260 per year

            *Unlimited Cart Rental and Range Usage               

Property Owner and Certificate Members will be allowed

to make tee times 7 days in advance

Non-Golf Members who are property owners in the Creekmoor Community:

18 Holes with Cart                        $43.00

9 Holes with Cart                         $21.50

Guests of a Creekmoor Golf Member:

          Monday thru Thursday                  $26 green fee + $17 cart

          Friday thru Sunday                       $28 green fee + $17 cart

Non-Member & Senior Rates:

          Monday thru Thursday                  $28 green fee + $17 cart

          Friday thru Sunday                       $38 green fee + $17 cart

**9-hole green fees will be half of the 18-hole green fees rate structure**

Golf Cart Rental Fees per Person:

                   18-hole cart                                $17

                   9-hole cart                                 $8.50

**All rates and fees include tax**

FOR MEN AND LADIES ARE PERMITTED

BLUE JEANS
SWEATSUITS
RUNNING SHORTS
WORKOUT ATTIRE
TANK TOPS AND HALTER TOPS
PROPER FOOTWEAR IS REQUIRED
METAL SPIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED

DRESS CODE WILL BE ENFORCED FOR ANYONE
ON THE COURSE AND PRACTICE FACILITY!
